Nic is away at a conference in Vegas from next Sunday until Tuesday the week after. Whilst he’s away, I plan for my evenings to be filled with Yin yoga, a new photography project, and movies.

3. A Ghost Story

Injuries last year forced me to take a break from running and inertia is my poor excuse for not beginning again. I have decided I need a goal and have the Taniwha half-marathon trail run in November next year in my sights. Encouragement in any form you can provide it would be welcome.
