ache

i am aching now with nothing
that has to do
with longing,
or belonging.

the deep physical ache
of lifting, and carrying,
feet marking this earth
hands learning this language

this is a new kind of awakeness
aliveness
blessedness
wisdom

i find divinity in this ache
in this breathing hard
these straining muscles
this softening heart
