A couple of months ago, Michael Townsend Williams from BreatheSync got in touch with me via Instagram to ask me if I would be interested in sharing some of my photographs with his followers. As a huge advocate for a daily meditation practise and connecting more fully with myself and the world through my breath, of course I said yes.
The great lesson from the true mystics is that the sacred is in the ordinary, that it is to be found in one’s daily life, in one’s neighbours, friends and family, in one’s backyard.
– Abraham Maslow
And so, I shared some photographs of the little things and quiet places I have enjoyed on my travels.
Also, as part of this collaboration, I did a short interview with Michael… You can read it here, if you’re so inclined..
