the weekend that was
surprisingly devoid of much in the way of digital imagery, though moments of the weekend are still firmly etched in my mind + friday evening plans foiled by our chosen dinner venue being closed + lazy mornings reading & drinking coffee + downpours, interspersed with moments of sunshine + refusing to be kept indoors by the stormy weather, we head to soho wine co for a glass of wine & a catch-up with the staff, and a soho street food chaser (a multitude of chef’s kisses to chef deb for her incredible food) + birthday wishes that arrived from near & far all day on sunday + whitebait fritter sandwiches + sauna, punctuated by dips in the sea felt like the perfect gift in the afternoon of my birthday to round out an immensely pleasing—cruisy days and quiet nights—weekend
