Meditations on gratitude:
My body has aches and pains. But it still moves when I ask it to.
A place we call home. A person that I love. A furball we consider as much a part of our family as we two.
Sight. Safety. Chances for solitude. Knowing where our next meal is coming from. The infinite ways in which we are privileged.
A fridge. A washing machine. Drawers filled with clothes. Ways to stay warm when we feel cold. And ways to cool down when the days feel too hot.
I want to be amazed by this. Today. And every day after.
