documenting some of our everyday life here in docklands before we pack up and move on

we had lunch today down at city pride. the closest thing we have to a local pub here on the isle of dogs.

the thames path is right outside our door and i love walking along it, noticing how the mood of this city changes with each passing day and changing season. clouds pass across the city like flickering emotions, the tidal pull leaving new treasures washed up on the shores as the river breathes in and out.

this is one of our favourite visitors to the dog exercise area of the park next door. meet big (real name roxanna). she loves to sit on the bench with her person. normally there is also small (real name unknown) who comes too. maybe it was too wet and her/his person didn’t want to have to deal with cleaning the tummy afterwards.
