3 // there is an abundance of kingfishers here. usually i can hear them, but i don’t always see them

5 // i’ve moved one of the garden beds today, but left the cauliflowers here until i put in some new gardens

6 // i’ve got all the windows and doors open today. it’s nice to see the sun

7 // i’m trying out a new paint colour on our letterbox before we decide if we paint the whole house in it this summer. it’s kind of a dark moody blue-grey colour. what do you think?

8 // i spend more time these days wearing gardening clothes or workout gear than any other kind. i think i like it that way
