  1. quietly. with morning meditations + spaces for lounging around in my pyjamas, eating croissants and reading
  2. gratefully. thankful for friends to have lunch and go beachcombing with
  3. physically. a sunday morning trail run with a friend and her dog. cut short when i stepped in a hole and tore a ligament in my ankle
  4. practically. cleaning, laundry, dishes
  5. creatively. an sx-70 loaded with black and white film
